Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

Delivery of your order will be made via our chosen couriers.

Delivery Point

The drivers will deliver the goods to your door. Suitable access should be available to the property, delivery to ground floor only.

Checking Goods

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check your item before signing. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims the your make thereafter.

Damages & shortages should be reported immediately upon receipt of goods.

In-Transit Cancellations

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, eTaps.com will refund any monies taken within 30 days. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods back to eTaps.com. Should you fail to return the goods, eTaps.com reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.

Delivery Schedule

All delivery dates shown are for guidance only, actual delivery date may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Advice

Tradesmen should not be booked until the goods have been received and checked.

eTaps.com do not accept any liability for losses incurred either directly or indirectly as a consequence to an amended delivery schedule or damaged/missing/incorrect/lost goods.
